RENTAL PROPERTY

REQUIRED TECHNOLOGY
Smart Hub Smart Lock
The smart hub is the central control system and is required hardware.
  • Equipment: Includes Smart Hub and Smart Lock
  • Installation: Standard installation is included. Additional charges may apply for nontraditional installation. Inquire for more information. (only available in AZ & TN)
  • Quarterly Subscription: $75 (includes property management connection fees) Fees will be charged directly by your property management company.
Smart Hub
The smart hub only choice is perfect for clients who currently own a compatible Z-Wave smart lock.
  • Equipment: Includes Smart Hub
  • Installation: Included plus the cost of additional hardware needed if any (only available in AZ & TN)
  • Quarterly Subscription: $75 (includes property management connection fees)
Smart Lock
The base access control includes one smart hub and one digital lock. You can add additional smart locks as an option.
  • Equipment: Includes Smart Hub and Smart Lock
  • Installation: Included plus the cost of additional hardware needed, if any (only available in AZ & TN)
Keyed Locks
Add keyed locks to smart locks.
  • Equipment: Includes Keyed Lock (only required if secondary access is not available i.e. backdoor, remote garage access, etc)
  • Installation: Included plus the cost of additional hardware needed if any (only available in AZ & TN)

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TECHNOLOGY
Cloud Cameras
Camera footage is stored in the cloud. 10 days of 24/7 history and 60 days of event video history.
  • Equipment: Cloud Camera (two cameras are recommended. Front entry and backyard)
  • Installation: Starts at $100 per camera. Depending on the location of electrical power, the cost can get up to $250 per camera (only available in AZ & TN)
  • Quarterly Subscription: $30 per camera. (includes 60 days of event video history and 10 days 24/7 video history - also includes live monitoring for triggered events like noise alerts)
Noise Monitoring
Camera footage is stored on the cloud. 10 days of 24/7 history and 60 days of event video history. Two cameras are recommended. Front entry and backyard.
  • Equipment: Noise Monitoring (indoor and outdoor sensors are owned by GooNight Stay) - One-time fee. Equipment must be returned at the end of the contract. Additional fees may incur if not returned
  • Installation: Included (only available in AZ & TN)
  • Quarterly Subscription: $120 (includes live monitoring and guest notification. Also includes property management connection fees.)

RECOMMENDED TECHNOLOGY
Smart Thermostat
Automatically sets the thermostat based on vacancy or occupancy.
  • Equipment: Smart Thermostat
  • Installation: Starts at $100 per thermostat. Depending on the location of electrical power, the cost can get up to $250 per thermostat. (only available in AZ & TN)
  • Quarterly Subscription: Included with Access Control - Smart Hub + Smart Lock subscription
Leak Detection
Sensors will notify property management company staff in the event of a water trigger.
  • Equipment: Leak Detection
  • Installation: Included plus the cost of additional hardware needed if any (only available in AZ & TN)

ADDITIONAL TECHNOLOGY
Door Sensors
Works in combination with a smart thermostat. If doors are left open for an extended period of time, the HVAC system will be shut down to conserve energy.
  • Equipment: Door Sensors
  • Installation: Included plus the cost of additional hardware needed if any (only available in AZ & TN)
Garage Door Link
Integrates with property management access system to securely change garage code for each reservation.
